The VanDerbeck Group was formed in 2000 by Beth VanDerbeck whose passion for helping people and business succeed made an impact from the beginning.
About Beth:
Over the last 20 years, Beth has held a wide variety of leadership, training, coaching and consultative roles. With a degree in Psychology and Counseling, Beth specializes in everything about people. She started her career serving in leadership roles across the state of Georgia and assisting in training new leadership across the country with the American Red Cross.
She then served as the Director of Creating Extraordinary Outcomes and the VP of People at Rutter Communications, a national advertising firm. While at Rutter, Beth helped to create, develop and implement the company’s service philosophy – CEO. This new motto was embraced and lived across the company where everyone became a Creator of Extraordinary Outcomes every day.
In every role she has helped to hire and train the best people and build strong teams. Combining her service heart and non-profit work with her experience in helping to lead a sales and marketing firm, Beth decided to merge what she believes is the best from both worlds to create The VanDerbeck Group. She now works to help both groups hire, develop and lead people to greater impact.
Beth is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Managers, Golden Isles SHRM and provides leadership and support to numerous service and Christian ministry organizations.
About Rod:
In 2007, Rod Martin joined the Group, bringing with him 20 years of experience in people development, leadership in the non-profit sector, and technology consulting.
Rod holds two Masters degrees and is an excellent communicator, especially in a large group setting. He has been described as someone who's "...unique talents & and personality bring a set of strengths that I have never seen encompassed in one person."
