Overview: Conflict is a natural part of life and work. People always bring competing priorities and agendas to the table. Combine that with a variety of personality and presentation styles and a high performance culture, and you have the potential for spontaneous combustion on a grand scale!
Robust dialogue can spark creativity and business solutions that avoidance, competition and compromise cannot.This workshop delves into the topic of conflict resolution, how to manage discussions and dialogue, and how to avoid the less than productive behaviors that de-rail great meetings, ideas and business opportunities in your team or company.

- Keeping conflict in perspective (the concept of robust dialogue)

- Types of leadership behaviors that cause conflict
- How does conflict cost your company money?
- The process of “robust dialogue”
- The creativity link
- Developing competency in managing robust dialogue
- Using personality assessments in the process
Outline Day 2:
- How personality assessment tools can help in conflict management.
- Birkman de-drief.
- Using your Birkman to minize conflict.
- Small Group / Teambuilding exercise.
- Take aways, conclusion.
This is very much a collaborative workshop. There will be several small group activities throughout the day and groups will share their findings together.
